A. No, there are approximate fees listed on your Cruise Redemption Voucher. This offer is only as it is explained in the terms and conditions section of this website or your voucher. Please read your terms and conditions.
Q. How do I start my redemption process?
A. Please visit the Booking section of this website and submit your Reservation Request Form.
Q. When will I hear a response after sending/submitting my certificate?
A. You will receive a confirmation email stating that your voucher was received. A Travel Coordinator will be assigned to you and contact you via telephone to discuss your travel options 60-90 days prior to departure.
Q. What if I don’t hear from anybody regarding my travel request?
A. Please contact our customer service department: 888.777.1232.
Q. What if I have questions on destinations?
A. Check out our destination section of our website, or submit your Form and your assigned travel consultant can give you additional information.
Q. Is my Cruise Redemption Voucher Transferable
A. Yes, it’s fully transferable prior to activation (starting your redemption process). To transfer it, simply give your Cruise Redemption Voucher to whomever you choose.
Q. What cruise lines are available?
A. You can choose from any one of the following cruise lines: Carnival, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean or select sailings on Celebrity Cruises.
Q. Do I need a passport?
A. Yes, you will need a passport or U.S. birth certificate.
